Portfolio

NGS+ Data Analysis and Interpretation for Cancer Research: This project involved processing and analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data from cancer tissue samples. Our team performed quality control checks, alignment, variant calling, and annotation using various bioinformatics tools and pipelines. We also conducted statistical analysis to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways, as well as gene fusion events. The results were interpreted and presented to the researchers, providing valuable insights into potential novel targets for cancer therapy.

The field of cancer research has seen a major shift in recent years with the advent of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology. This powerful tool has revolutionized our ability to understand the genetic makeup of tumors and has opened up new opportunities for targeted therapies. However, the vast amount of data generated by NGS requires specialized skills and tools for proper analysis and interpretation. This is where our team's expertise in NGS data analysis and interpretation comes in. Our project involved working with cancer tissue

Cancer is a complex and heterogeneous disease, characterized by uncontrolled cell growth and division. With the advancement of technology, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) has emerged as a powerful tool for cancer research. NGS allows for the rapid and accurate sequencing of millions of DNA fragments, providing a comprehensive view of the genetic landscape of cancer. Our team was approached by a leading cancer research institute to analyze NGS data from a set of cancer tissue samples. The aim of the project was to
